Mr. Grover (Pawnee) was a professor of law at Arizona State
University before becoming the assistant secretary for Indian
Affairs in the U.S. Department of the Interior in the Clinton
Administration. In 2007, he was named director if the
Smithsonian's National Museum for the American Indian and serves in
that capacity today.
