Charles Wilkinson, a distinguished professor of law at the
University of Colorado School of Law, is the nation's premier legal
historian of the West and federal Indian law, and is the author of
many books, including Beyond the Hundredth Meridian, Fire on
the Plateau, They Are Dancing Again, and served as an editor for
the Handbook of Federal Indian Law.
